Chicago Imam Calls On Muslims To “Wage Jihad” Against Israel

A video leaked online from the Chicago Islamic Center shows a local imam telling those in attendance to “wage jihad” against Israel “for the sake of Allah.”

The clips of the video were released by the Middle East Media Research Institute showing the rant from Sheikh Mohamed Elimam in July.

“Oh, those of you who want to wage jihad for the sake of Allah, Palestine is calling you and Gaza is crying out for your help,” he declares. “If you are true believers, real mujahideen, hasten to Palestine.  The enemy was planted in the midst of the Arab nation and they chose Jerusalem, Palestine—the most important area—in order to be a thorn in the side of the Arab and Islamic nations.  May Allah pull this thorn out and stick it down their throats. May they be sent back to their countries in shame and disgrace, Allah willing.”

The video shows those in attendance chanting for the destruction of Israel and the murder of Jews.

The similar message was delivered to the crowd at a pro-Hamas rally in Miami that led to a Jewish photographer having to flee because of the threat of violence.

Belgian Doctor Tells Jewish Woman To Go To Gaza For Treatment

Belgian officials who have been trying to downplay a heavy rise in anti-Semitism since the start of the current Gaza conflict are reeling after reports a doctor told a Jewish woman to go to Gaza for treatment of a fractured rib.

A doctor working a medical hotline in Flanders, Belgium told the son of a Jewish woman that he would not come out to treat her for a fractured rib when he called at 11 p.m. Wednesday.  The doctor hung up on the son the first time, then when the son called again the doctor said to “send her to Gaza for a few hours, then she’ll get rid of the pain.”

Health ministry officials say they are looking into the incident.  The doctor told officials he knew the patient had to be Jewish because of her son’s accent.

An alderman of the Antwerp district council who knows the Jewish family called the doctor and recorded the conversation where he admitted refusing to treat the Jewish woman and telling her to go to Gaza.

Also in the last week, a Jewish woman was refused service at a clothing store because she was a Jew.  A restaurant in Liege posted a sign that said dogs were welcome in their restaurant but Zionists and Jews were not allowed inside their building.

Pro-Terrorist Rally Held In Miami

A group of pro-terrorist protesters began chanting slogans such as “We are Hamas!” as they marched through Miami.

The demonstration, sponsored by groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations Florida and the Islamic Circle of North America, was supposed to be a “stop the bombing” march.

The event started on topic with chants of “no more killing; no more war” but changed into Islamic chants of “Allahu Akbar” and “we are jihad!”

The crowd assaulted a Jewish photographer who was sent to cover the event when his Jewish faith was discovered.  Several protesters threated to kill the photographer because he was “a Jew.”  They used multiple Jewish slurs as they harassed the man until he left the area.

A local reporter covering the event said she found it chilling to see hate-filled Jihadists controlling streets in Miami and threatening someone because they were Jewish.

Islamic Extremist Charged In Brussels Jewish Museum Killings

An Islamic extremist who attacked a Jewish museum in Brussels, Belgium has been charged with “murder in a terrorist context” by Belgian authorities.

29-year-old Medhi Nemmouche was arrested in France on May 30th and extradited to Belgium to stand trial.  He had fought the extradition claiming that because two of the victims of the shooting were Israeli, Belgium would give him to the Israeli authorities rather than trying him.

Nemmouche entered a Jewish museum on May 24th with an AK-47 assault rifle and a handgun.  He killed two Israeli tourists and two museum staffers while wounding multiple others.  He then fled before police could arrive on the scene.

The gunman had tried to film the attack but the camera malfunctioned during the assault.  However, a voice on the video prior to the malfunction was definitively tied to Nemmouche.

Nemmouche had flown to Syria in 2012 to fight with Islamic extremists against the Syrian government before returning to Europe.

Israeli Supporters Attacked By Crowd Chanting “Kill Jews”

A Canadian family of six who was pro-Israel and showing support for Israel in downtown Calgary was attacked by a group of 100 pro-terrorist protesters and beaten.

The crowd chanted a variety of anti-Semitic slogans including “Kill Jews” as they circled the family and would not let them escape.  A 22-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman who was recovering from surgery were the most severely beaten by the mob.

Samantha Hamilton, the 22-year-old victim, told the Free Beacon that the protesters who told her that “Hitler should have finished you off.”

“I heard my mother screaming because six or seven guys had jumped on my brother,” who is 19 years old, Hamilton recalled. “He had a Star of David on his shirt and they were ripping it off, biting him, and scratching him, and stomping on him on the ground.”

Her brother suffered a concussion from the assault.

Calgary police arrived and the attack was stopped but none of the pro-terrorist attackers were arrested for their actions.

European Ministers Condemn Anti-Semitism

The foreign ministers of Germany, France and Italy are joining together in an attempt to quell the rampant anti-Semitism raging in their countries.

“Anti-Semitic rhetoric and hostility against Jews, attacks on people of Jewish belief and synagogues have no place in our societies,” German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, France’s Laurent Fabius and Italy’s Federica Mogherini said in a joint statement.

The group made a point to say their citizens had freedom of speech and freedom to assemble but that those rights do not permit them to harass Jewish citizens or take actions that are clearly hostile to any group of citizens.

Protesters in Germany have been particularly hostile toward Jews, chanting slogans during their protests calling for Jews to be gassed.

Authorities in Berlin are taking steps to crack down on chants like that and other anti-Semitic slogans.  They have threatened groups with arrest should they continue to harass Jewish residents.

Pro-Terrorist, Anti-Semitic Rallies In Europe

Crowds chanting anti-Semitic slogans and voicing clear support for the terrorists attacking Israel rallies throughout Europe over the weekend.

In Germany, a mob gathered on Kurfurstendamm Avenue, waving flags and chanting Jude, Jude feiges Schwein! Komm heraus und kämpf allein!”  Which translates to “Jew, Jew, cowardly swine, come out and fight on your own!”

Rallies in Dortmund and Frankfurt chanted “Hamas Hamas Juden in gas!” meaning “Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas!”

“We are currently experiencing in this country an explosion of evil and violent hatred of Jews, which shocks and dismays all of us,” Dieter Graumann of the Central Council of Jews in Germany said in a statement. “We would never in our lives have thought it possible anymore that anti-Semitic views of the nastiest and most primitive kind can be chanted on German streets.”

“Jews are once again openly threatened in Germany and sometimes attacked, synagogues are being defaced and declared as targets.”

In Paris, protesters ignored government bans and continued their vocal support of the terrorists attacking Israel.

Hundreds of protesters looted shops, burned cars and attacked a synagogue.  The attackers were yelling “F*** Israel” and “Israel assassin” as they attempted to access the synagogue and attack the Jewish citizens inside.

At least one Molotov cocktail struck the side of the synagogue according to French authorities.

None of the protest groups responded to reporters questions about why they were not concerned about the six million Israeli citizens being subjected to daily rocket attacks by the terrorist group Hamas.

Anti-Semitism Rising In France

Jewish leaders across France say that a “new anti-Semitism” is growing within the country.

The group cites four main factors in what they call an enhanced atmosphere of fear for French Jews.  The rise of far-right nationalist groups with Nazi sympathies, a deteriorating relationship between black Europeans and Jews, hard economic times and the soaring population of Muslims in France who carry traditional anti-Jew beliefs.

France, the home to the largest Jewish community in Europe, has seen an increase in violence against Jews.  Earlier this month, two Jewish youths were jumped and severely beaten as they were heading to synagogue in an eastern Paris suburb.  The man who launched a deadly attack on a Jewish museum in Brussels was French and had recently been in Syria with Islamic extremists.

Jewish citizens have been subjected in recent weeks to intimidation from residents who told “dirty Jewesses” that they have too many children and the homes of Jewish residents have had Stars of David spray-painted on the sides of their homes.

A 13-year-old girl told the Washington Post the atmosphere is enough to scare her from being alone with friends.

“I’m afraid that what happened in Toulouse will happen at my school too,” Michele said.  (The girl’s last name was withheld for security reasons.)  “I hear what people say about Jews. And I am scared.”

Two Major Anti-Semitic Attacks In Europe

Four people are dead and two injured after a pair of anti-semitic attacks in Europe.

The deadly attack came in Brussels, Belgium, where a gunman walked into a Jewish museum and opened fire.  The gunman reportedly double parked his car outside the museum, casually strolled inside and opened fire with a Kalashnikov rifle.

The gunman had clearly been planning the attack according to police officials who saw the security footage.  The gunman walked in and out within a minute, obviously executing some kind of timed attack.  Witnesses say the gunman jogged to his car and causally pulled away.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack but the terrorism alert level in Belgium has been raised because of the assault.

Hours later in Paris, two Jewish youths leaving a service at a synagogue were attacked by men on bikes.  The 21-year-old and 18-year-old brothers were beaten heavily with brass knuckles and are hospitalized in serious condition but are believed to make a full recovery.

Jewish Students Targeted At DaPaul University

Jewish students at Chicago’s DePaul University say the campus is no longer a safe place for them because of a group that is demanding the University withdraw from any companies that work with Israel.

The anti-Semitic group, Students for Justice in Palestine, has been running a campaign called “DePaul Divest” and is trying to get students to vote for a non-binding resolution calling for the University to disconnect with anyone connected to Israel.

“This entire campaign and entire sit-in going on in the SAC (Schmitt Academic Center) is totally unsafe for Jewish students and I have had a lot of Jewish students text me and call me today and tell me they are not comfortable walking through that part of our campus, which is really disheartening,” a student called Rachel told reporters.  (Her name has been withheld because of threats.) “About two months ago when SJP (Students for Justice in Palestine) started the ‘DePaul Divest’ campaign, I no longer felt safe on this campus and I no longer felt I could be a proud Jewish student.”

Another student said that she feels targeted and is always having to defend her Jewish faith.

“I do kind of feel as a Jewish student that I am being targeted on campus. I feel that a lot of questions are being directed to me and I am constantly on the defensive on campus,” she explained. “I have to defend myself, my Judaism, my pride in Israel every day and it’s getting a little bit exhausting.”

“I’d like to live and go to a university where everybody can have their own opinions and have a diverse community and feel safe.”

The Students for Justice in Palestine has been found to have conducted anti-Semitic actions on campuses across the U.S.  At New York University, they slid “Eviction Notices” under the doors of Jewish students and a similar incident at Northeastern University led to SJP being suspended from campus.

SJP would not respond to reporter questions about harassment of Jewish students.
