Pastor’s Son Arrested In Family’s Death

The family of Redeemer Episcopal Church in Houston were still reeling from the news their pastor and his family had been murdered when they suffered a second blow.

The son of Pastor Israel Ahimbisbwe has been arrested in the murder of his father, mother and brother.

Houston police say that 19-year-old Isaac Tiharihondi has been charged with two counts of capital murder and was being held in custody in Mississippi where he fled after the killings.  He covered the bodies with blankets and towels in the back bathroom of the apartment where the victims were found Monday.

A member of the church told a local TV station that she had lunch with the accused killer after police say he committed the crime.

“It’s devastating. It’s sad. It’s unexplainable,” Nancy Taylor, who attends Church of the Redeemer, told KHOU.  “We had lunch, we sat, we chatted, we talked, we laughed. It was just a real enjoyable experience and time together. … Good kid, polite, nice, respectful, grateful.”

“While I am relieved authorities have found Isaac, I am heartbroken that he has been charged with capital murder. This only adds to the tragedy of their deaths and raises more questions than it answers,” Rt. Rev. C. Andrew Doyle, Episcopal Bishop of Texas said in a statement.

ISIS Burns Alive Captured Pilot

Islamic extremist group ISIS has killed a Jordanian pilot captured over Syria by burning him alive inside a cage.

The video posted online shows Lt. Moaz al-Kasasbeh inside a steel cage.  He tries to cover his head before falling to his knees and being burned to ash.  The 22 minute video shows the terrorists parading the captured man through the streets before the brutal killing.

Jordanian state television confirmed the man in the video is Lt. al-Kasasbeh and that the death happened a month ago.  The terrorists had been sitting on the video while negotiating with the Jordanian government for millions of dollars for the pilot’s release.

President Obama told reporters that the video gives “one more indication” of the hate that comes from the terrorist group.

“I think it will redouble the vigilance and determination of the part of the global coalition to make sure they are degraded and ultimately defeated,” he added.

Public officials in Jordan say that the public is calling for the government to execute ISIS terrorists currently held in jails.

Nigerian Pastor Butchered By Extremists

Muslim extremists murdered a popular Nigerian pastor who is being remembered as a “dedicated servant to the poor.”

Pastor Joshua Adah, who founded and operated a school giving free education to over 400 children in Bantaje, was slaughtered by a group of Muslim herdsmen who may be connected to the terrorist group Boko Haram.

The attackers reportedly seized Adah after his car broke down while on the way back to the mission from an outreach event.

“The pastor’s car broke down at Chediya on his return from Koji. He then phoned his mechanic at Jalingo to help him fix the car. When the mechanic arrived, the two men agreed to hire a vehicle nearby Dan Anacha, which would tow the car to Jalingo,” a police spokesman said. “The mechanic upon returning to scene could not find the pastor. … After a thorough search, his body was found in the area.”

A supporter of Pastor Adah said after finding Christ in 2000 he experienced a radical life transformation.

“Not too long after he got born again, he left the comfort and ‘luxury’ of city life for a remote village on a hill without light nor potable drinking water, not even a well in sight,” the supporter explained. “He was there with his humble wife and kids to answer the call of God at this time when larger cities meant greener pastures, fatter offerings and sizeable tithes to others doing ministry. He continued to preach the Gospel and hold campaigns, not in the urban areas but mostly in rural areas.

“I don’t know why God allowed Boko Haram to cut his life short. Even when it became dangerous, he refused to get out but kept preaching Christ in villages where many will not go,” she added .

Ugandian Imam Beats Daughter To Death For Conversion

A 15-year-old girl who converted to Christianity has been beaten to death by her father, a Muslim Imam.

In addition to the killing of Namugonya Jamirah, Imam Abudalah Ali beat his 12-year-old daughter Saidah so severely that she has been hospitalized for two weeks.  The young girl was horrified when she found out that her sister did not survive their father’s attack upon them.

“Saidah needs prayers, trauma counseling and medication for the left side of her hip that was injured by the father,” a hospital source told Morning Star News.

The girls were beaten after accepting Christ at the end of a five-day evangelistic event in Kaliro District.

“Their father got the information that his daughters have converted, and he organized a small group of fellow Muslims, about 17 people, to go and attack the Christians,” a source said. “He found the campaign had finished but went back to his home and waited for the daughters. When they went back home, the father picked up the club and started beating them badly till one called Jamirah died.”

The father had been working to have local Muslims kill the 12-year-old before she was taken from the country for her own safety.

Local Muslim officials said that the father claimed the older girl died in a motorcycle accident and they are not pursing murder charges.

“The police were later bribed and accepted the words of Ali, and he was released on bail,” one source said. “When he came home he went to the [local] chairman and said that he had disowned Saidah, and that if she tries to go back that she will be killed just like her sister, and that he is leaving Saidah in the hands of born-again Christians.”

ISIS Crucifies 17 Men

The executions of Islamic terrorist group ISIS is continuing as 17 men were crucified for refusing to submit to the terrorist group’s “caliphate.”

The terrorists released a group of photos on a social media site showing the murders of the men.  One showed two men being thrown off a tall building.  Others showed the brutal crucifixion process.

The videos and photos posted by the group are intended to have “Muslims come watch the application of the law.”

In addition to the men, a woman was shown being stoned to death on accusations of adultery in a wooded area hidden from public view.

“The Islamic State group has executed 16 men in Deir Ezzor and one more in Raqa, to send a message to all their opponents after recent assassinations of 12 Syrian, Iraqi and Algerian jihadists,” said Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Director Rami Abdel Rahman. “ISIS is sending a message to all people living under its control, to say: ‘This is what will happen to any opponent.'”

Satanist Sentenced To Life For Killing, Eating Woman

Gregory Hale, a self-proclaimed Satanist will spend the rest of his life behind bars after pleading guilty in the decapitation and cannibalism death of a Tennessee woman.

‘He told investigators that he fulfilled an obsession in wanting to kill a person and dismembering them,’ Coffee County District Attorney Craig Northcott told Circuit Court Judge Craig Johnson Thursday.

Hale said that he found the victim, Lisa Marie Hyder, at a liquor store and killed her after having sex with her. Hyder reportedly had struggled with alcoholism for years and had called family members and her ex-husband for help earlier that day because she was inebriated.

Police discovered human remains at Hale’s home and then found the body of Hyder in various buckets around Hale’s home.

Hale has a track record of bizarre behavior connected to his worship of Satan.  His Facebook page has images of him in satanic worship including dismemberment using a large steel blade.  He had been fired from a job at a meat packing plant for stealing animal’s body parts.

Hyder’s ex-husband says their 6-year-old and 4-year-old really don’t understand what happened and so he told them their mother “got sick and has gone home to live with God.”sa

Boko Haram Kills 2,000

Boko Haram terrorists attacked the city of Baga and its surrounding villages and over 2,000 are reportedly dead from the assault.

“I received a message of the Christians Association of Nigeria, the association of Christian churches in Nigeria, which states that in that area Boko Haram has burned several churches and caused numerous victims” said Fr. Patrick Tor Alumuku, director of social communications of the Archdiocese of Abuja.

The attack from the terrorists started with a full assault on the military base in Baga.  Once the terrorists captured the base, they began to kill anyone who was fleeing the villages into the bush.

The slaughter was so significant that bodies are still laying in the streets because there are not enough people to bury them all.

“I escaped with my family in the car after seeing how Boko Haram was killing people … I saw bodies in the street. Children and women, some were crying for help,” Mohamed Bukar told Reuters.

Nigerian military officials say that jihadists from Libya and Mali have come to the country to reinforce the terrorist group.

Terrorists Attack French Newspaper; 12 Dead

Terrorists attacked a French newspaper on Wednesday, leaving 12 people dead and at least 4 others in critical condition in Paris hospitals.

Officials say that police officers were killed along with members of the Charlie Hebdo newspaper staff as the gunmen fled the scene of the attack.

The newspaper had been the subject of hatred from Muslims because of cartoons that mocked Islam and the prophet Mohammed.  The gunman who attacked the newspaper today were shouting “allahu akbar” and also “we have avenged the prophet.”

“We heard shouting in the street,” Benoît Bringer, who works at a press agency on the same floor as the magazine’s offices, told France Info radio. “We saw hooded men carrying Kalashnikovs entering the building. We called the police. After a few minutes we heard heavy firing – a lot of firing, a hell of a lot. We went upstairs to take shelter on the roof. Then after about 10 minutes we saw two armed men come out onto the street. There was more shouting, more firing.”

“Three policemen had arrived on bikes but had to leave because the men were armed, obviously … Then the attackers took off in a car.”

A woman told L’Humanite newspaper that she had been forced at gunpoint to let the terrorists in the building:

“I had gone to pick up my daughter from daycare. Arriving at the door of the newspaper building, two hooded and armed men brutally threatened us.  They wanted to enter, go up. I typed the code. They shot Wolinski, Cabu … it lasted five minutes … I had taken refuge under a desk … They spoke French perfectly … claiming to be Al-Qaeda.”

President Obama condemned the attack.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this terrorist attack and the people of France at this difficult time,” the statement reads. “France is America’s oldest ally, and has stood shoulder to shoulder with the United States in the fight against terrorists who threaten our shared security and the world. Time and again, the French people have stood up for the universal values that generations of our people have defended. France, and the great city of Paris where this outrageous attack took place, offer the world a timeless example that will endure well beyond the hateful vision of these killers. We are in touch with French officials and I have directed my Administration to provide any assistance needed to help bring these terrorists to justice.”

Thousands of police and French troops are conducting a manhunt for the three terrorists who carried out the attack.

Gunmen Attack French Satirical Magazine

Twelve people are confirmed dead and several more are injured after three gunmen stormed the Paris office of a French satirical magazine known as Charlie Hebdo.

Witnesses reported seeing the masked gunmen enter the main entrance and open fire. Afterward, the gunmen took to the streets, killing police officers, and finally getting away in a black car.

French officials have labeled the attack as “an act of terrorism” and are raising the terror threat level. Security has been increased for media organizations, large stores, and places of worship.

“We will find the people who did this,” French President Francois Hollande stated. “France is today shocked by this terrorist attack.”

President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron have shown their support for France by offering to provide assistance in catching the terrorists.

According to law enforcement, two police officers and four of the publication’s cartoonists are among the dead.

Hamas Mastermind Behind Kidnappings Sentenced To Life

A military court in Judea sentenced the mastermind of the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers to three life sentences.

Hussam Kawasameh was convicted last week for the planning and financing of the terrorist action.  He also received hundreds of thousands of dollars from Hamas for his work in gathering weapons.  He was also the one who hid the bodies and destroyed the evidence.

Prosecutors for the IDF said that Kawasameh did not see the boys as human beings and killed them simply because they were Jews.

The father of one of the victims said that his son was a good student who helped his siblings.  Avraham Fraenkel said that his son Naftali wasn’t just murdered…but that he was used as an unwilling tool for terror as Kawasameh hid his body for 18 days.

Kawasameh did not speak at the hearing.
