Christian, What Do You Really Have?
All of us have dreams, goals and unfinished tasks yet to be fulfilled in these end times. Perhaps you are wondering what your part is in these “end times”? Even if you have decided to pursue these dreams, what you really have available to fulfill those goals as a Christian?
Looking in the natural it is easy to focus on what we don’t have, rather than what we already have. Comparing ourselves with others is a trap that ensnares us into negative thinking patterns. Just Who Do You Think You Are Anyway!!??
When did you last hear that phrase? Most of us had that expression blasted at us whenever we were sassy as teenagers, or as adults when we have made some unusual statement or done something out of our usual character. Maybe you were even mocked after sharing with someone that you desire to make a significant difference in the world.
Often the enemy attacks Christians with thoughts of doubt trying to smash our God-given dreams with similar phrases such as; 1) “You can’t do that, don’t you know that you’re just one person?” 2) “How would you ever be able to do that? God’s Favor is For You!
Dear Friend,
We are living in the midst of the last-days’ timetable and this will prove to be a very significant year. At the same time, I believe this will be a great year of harvesting souls for God’s Kingdom! God’s Spirit is moving mightily throughout the world and revival is heading our way.
Today is your day to be encouraged by the Word of God and receive His favor in your life. Regardless of what year it is, our God has provisions, blessings, and a storehouse of favor for His people. God has not changed and He is still the same miracle-working God we read about in the Bible. He has a never-ending supply to meet every need that you will ever experience. Get Ready!! (Part 2)
In review of last week’s first installment of “Get Ready” we learned that being prepared spiritually is more important than anything else. Let’s continue this week with other preparations for these Revelation days.
Recently the Lord told the Morningside Prayer Team to not dread 2013, but rather to delight in the Lord throughout 2013. He said terrible storms and difficult events were ahead of us. The world would experience much turmoil, but God reminded us that He is still the abundant God. God has a never-ending supply of help and provision for those who trust in Him. The Lord said He still had many wonderful blessings for His children and to look to His Kingdom, not the world’s system. Continue reading
