Four Minnesota men have been sentenced to prison for their role in supporting the al-Shabab terrorist group in Somalia.

UK Prime Minister David Cameron will be hosting a conference aimed at bringing peace to Somalia and driving the Islamic terrorist group al-Shabab from the country.
The conference will focus on rebuilding the security forces, stopping violence against women and ending the Islamic insurgency that has plagued the country for years. The United Nations Security Council announced they are partially lifting a ban on selling weapons to Somalia that has been in place since 1992. The lift will allow the country’s new government to purchase light arms to help in its battle to keep Islamic militants from taking over the country and to take back land under the control of the terrorists.
