Final Two Gosnell Employees Sentenced

The final two employees of the “abortion house of horrors” run by convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell have been sentenced for their parts in killing babies born alive and the death of a young woman from a botched abortion.

Lynda Wiliams, 45, the acting phlebotomist at the clinic, was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in prison on two counts of third-degree murder.  However, Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Benjamin Lerner then reduced the overall term to just 2 ½ years in prison.

Williams had been charged with multiple charges but they were ultimately reduced to just the two counts of third-degree murder.

Tina Baldwin, 48, who was the receptionist for the clinic but also illegally gave anesthesia to women when she had no training to do it or licensing to do it, was sentenced to 30 months of probation for her guilty please to sustaining a corrupt organization.

Baldwin had been facing multiple charges as well, including corruption of a minor for having her 15-year-old daughter participating in the illegal activities of the clinic.

The case did have some positives result.  Jack McMahon, the attorney for Gosnell, told Fox News that abortion should be banned after 17 weeks.  He also called for inspection of abortion clinics, which has been roundly denounced by pro-abortion groups.

“Gosnell of Texas” Shut Down But His Clinics Remain Open

The abortionist called the “Gosnell of Texas” in reference to convicted murder Kermit Gosnell who killed babies born alive has been shut out of performing abortions in Texas.

Douglas Karpen has been unable to obtain admitting privileges at hospitals within 30 miles of his clinics, effectively banning him from performing the abortion procedures.  However, the clinics have found other abortionists with privileges allowing the centers to continue to end the lives of babies via abortion.

Former employees of Karpen’s clinics have come forward to report multiple times that Karpen has killed babies born alive in his clinics.  They report he has also violated the laws against late-term abortions.

Harris County District Attorney’s office officials said that they did not find enough evidence at the clinics to back the allegations.  However, unlike Pennsylvania authorities that raided the clinics of Gosnell before announcing the investigation, Texas officials announced it first so Karpen knew the searches would be coming.

Karpen and his staff reportedly spent the time between the announcement and the raid cleaning up the facilities and disposing of evidence.

Karpen is currently defending against a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims that he ruptured her uterus during a late-term abortion in February 2013 and then did not tell her about the life-threatening mistake.

Gosnell Movie Fully Funded

The movie that pro-abortionists and Hollywood didn’t want you to do is going to be made.

The filmmakers behind the movie Gosnell: The Doctor Is Sin announced they have passed their $2.1 million funding goal on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo, meaning that the movie is a go.

The movie is now the most successful project to ever be funded on Indiegogo.

The filmmakers said the movie will contain an examination of the media’s blackout on the trial of America’s most notorious serial killer.  One of the filmmakers who attended one of the trial days says that only three journalists were in attendance, compared to dozens who attended trials such as Arizona murderer Jodi Arias.

Filmmakers admit the movie, which is planned as being a TV movie, might have a very hard time finding a network willing to run it because anti-life activists will want to try and make sure the public cannot see the reality of abortion.

Gosnell Movie Close To Full Funding

The movie telling the true story of convicted murderer abortionist Kermit Gosnell is reportedly within $122,000 of being fully funded.

The filmmakers have until Monday at midnight to obtain the rest of the funding through the crowdfunding site Indiegogo or all the donations will be returned.

“Dr. Kermit Gosnell is the most prolific serial killer in American History but almost no one knows who he is,” the filmmakers wrote on their funding site.  “The mainstream media or Hollywood don’t think this is a story.  Even though Gosnell killed more people than [notorious serial killers] Gary Ridgeway, John Wayne Gacy, the Zodiac Killer and Ted Bundy combined.”

Gosnell is serving life in prison after being convicted of killing three babies, involuntary manslaughter in the death of a patient who died from a botched abortion and running a pill mill from his clinics.

So far, over 20,000 people have given to have the film produced and distributed to allow people to see the truth of the abortion industry.

Gosnell Film Fundraising Hitting Home Stretch

A group of filmmakers attempting to raise $2.1 million on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo for a movie about abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell say they are about $700,000 short with 16 days to go in the campaign.

The original fundraising was planned for the more well-known Kickstarter site until it was removed because Kickstarter objected to the anti-abortion content of the film.

The filmmakers say it’s important to get the film made because Hollywood is doing all it can to ignore the truth of situations like the House of Horrors in West Philadelphia where convicted murderer Gosnell killed thousands of babies.

“Thousands of people died in Philadelphia,” filmmaker Ann McElhinney told the Christian Post.  “Those people were born alive and were viable; and they struggled for life and died a painful death, and they shouldn’t be forgotten.”

The filmmakers say that they’ve spoken to thousands of people about the film and they have no idea who Gosnell is because the major media outlets provided very little coverage of his murder trial.

Former Gosnell Abortion Clinic To Be Redeemed

A house of death is turning into a house of life.

The Delaware clinic where convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell performed abortions has been bought by a Christian organization who plans to turn it into an emergency food and support center for the poor.

Lutheran Community Services of Wilmington, Delaware purchased the building that was formerly Atlantic Women’s Medical Services and will transform it into their new headquarters.  In addition to offices for the group, they will provide much needed support to the surrounding community.

“It’s going to be a place of hope and life,” LCS Executive Director Jean Warren told Fox News.

Karmit Gosnell, currently serving life in prison without parole for killing babies born alive in his clinics, would begin abortion procedures at the Delaware clinic for late-term abortions.  As the late-term procedure was illegal in Delaware, he would then transport the women to his Philadelphia clinic where he would finish killing the babies.

Pro-life groups throughout the state praised the purchase of the clinic and its upcoming transformation.

“I think turning some place that was essentially a killing factory into something that’s life-affirming is wonderful,” Delaware Right To Life President Nicole Collins said.

Abortionist Kermit Gosnell Sentenced On Drug Charges

Kermit Gosnell, the Philadelphia abortionist convicted of first-degree murder for killing babies born alive in his “house of horrors” in West Philadelphia, has been sentenced to an additional 30 years in prison for illegally distributing drugs.

Gosnell pleaded guilty to prescribing and dispensing narcotics for almost two years. He wrote prescriptions for hundreds of thousands of prescription drugs including 600,000 pills that contained the addictive painkiller oxycodone. The customers paid cash and showed Gosnell no medical need for their drugs.

Gosnell and his staff sold the drugs to people under multiple names and even took tips from the people buying the drugs.

According to the investigation, on the night that a Virginia woman was dying from an abortion that Gosnell had botched, he wrote 18 different prescriptions for painkillers and sold them at his clinic.

Gosnell’s attorney did not return calls to CNN for comment.
