Judge Refuses To Block Arizona Abortion Law

Matthew 19:18 ESV “And Jesus said, “You shall not murder…”

Editor’s Note: Throughout the scriptures, God has made it clear that shedding innocent blood is murder, and no murderer will enter heaven. In addition to the death of the unborn baby, abortion also substantially harms the women and many times, families, husbands, boyfriends and a whole sphere of relationships connected to and surrounding each abortion. Often, lifelong guilt and other social, relational, spiritual and even physical problems follow the murder of innocent babes in the womb. Pastor Jim Bakker believes that this issue, abortion, may be the single most significant issue that brings God’s judgment on this nation more than any other.

A U.S. District Court judge has refused to block a new set of abortion regulations in Arizona.

The regulations now in effect will require abortionists to follow FDA guidelines for prescribing and dispensing abortion producing drugs such as RU486.  The FDA guidelines prohibit the use of those drugs after the seventh week of pregnancy.

Attorneys for Planned Parenthood has sued to stop the law claiming that requiring abortionists to follow the federal government’s guidelines on the drug would harm women.

Judge David C. Bury ruled that it was still to be seen if the law is an obstacle to abortion but that based on what was presented to the court the measure did not create irreparable harm.

The pro-life Center for Arizona Policy released a statement praising the court’s action saying that the decision upheld a common sense health and safety standard and that it was a victory for anyone who truly cared about the well-being of women.

Love the Jim Bakker show and Tammy Sue you are adorable! You are an answer to my prayers being on set with daddy!. God loves you and don’t you ever forget that. Tammy can you do an album of healing songs and talk on healing, deliverance, and teaching in song and can you sing Hark the Herald Angels Sing by John Wesley from 1700s, the Wesleys are my paternal relatives! I await the good news you will do a CD or DVD or both as I really have prayed and each time I see you doing your own CD and or DVD the way you want it done produced at daddy’s place. God has gifted you and anointed you precious child and I just love you to be the way God wants you to be, you are my sister even though I’m old enough to be gramma.
