Greetings Friends!
Welcome Cosie Robinson, one of our Prayer Team Partners, as a contributor to the Devotion website. Cosie is a dynamic spirit-filled woman who is known as a “woman of the word”. She lives her life before all as a true example of a surrendered life in Christ.
We have come this far by faith and trusting in the Lord. He is our source for everything we need in life. When we are sick we look to Jesus. God sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (Psalm107:20)
If you want victory over satan go to the King Of Kings and Lord of Lords!
Psalms 91: 1-10—“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. The charge of God’s Angels: For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under your feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.”
Speak the Word out loud over your body! A sample confession when your body is sick is: “The Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me; therefore He that raised up Christ from the dead has quickened my mortal body, making it immune to every sickness and disease.” – (Romans 8:11—my paraphrasing)
God gave us His Word to help us in any situation. Study God’s Word, find the promises that apply to your situation and speak the Word over your life and circumstances. Exercise patience in the meantime while the Word is working on your behalf.
Stay in agreement with the Word. When doubt tries to enter, answer back by speaking God’s truth.
SPEAK THE WORD! The more you speak God’s Word the more you are strengthened – God’s Word is medicine, so take your daily dose!!
Also, I shall live and not die and declare the works of the Lord!
Devil, gets your hands off God’s property.
You are under my feet.
Victory!
