Lori and I want so much for people to be ready for anything and I know in my heart that something big is about to happen!
I’m not the only one feeling this way! When Pastor John Hagee was here with us recently he said, “I think the message that God is sending to His children is that the King is coming, get ready, get ready, get ready, the Son of God is about to appear in the clouds of Heaven and this world is soon to be over.” Both, Pastor Hagee and Pastor Mark Biltz are warning of major prophetic events surrounding the appearance of the ‘blood moons’ in conjunction with Israel’s Holy Feast Days.
The signs in the heavens couldn’t be any more apparent, marking major prophetic events which will become clear as we wait on the Lord. The message right now is to get ready! If the church gets ready now, we can minister with compassion to many more people – and perhaps lead them to Jesus.
The situation in the Middle East with Israel is also causing concern for many people. It should. Israel is at the center of every conflict that is threatening to explode at any second in that region, sending the entire world into chaos. Add to that, our treatment of Israel which has pressured them to divide their land in a ‘land for peace’ deal.
The Bible makes it clear that how we deal with Israel is how God will deal with us (Genesis 12:3, Numbers 24:9) – and that isn’t very good news if we keep pressuring Israel to divide the land that God gave her. Pastor John Hagee said, “America is determining our future by the way that we are so poorly responding to Israel. We should come alongside Israel and help them in every way.”
Another recent show guest, William Koening, a Washington news correspondent and a lover and friend of Israel came to share his perspective on the consequences of dividing Israel’s land. William said, “Pressuring Israel into peace talks is going to have consequences. The greater the pressure on Israel (to divide the land), the greater the corresponding catastrophe.”
Michael Maloof came to share his expert knowledge of an EMP event and warn us that an attack is not only possible, but imminent. He said, “one of these days, it is going to hit us and it’s going to be a well-planned thought out approach.”
Dr. William Forstchen came to warn us about the very real threat of an EMP attack upon our electrical grid, which would create havoc within a few days. Dr. Forstchen believes that “90% of Americans would be dead within a year.”
I’d say we better pay attention to these warnings of something big coming soon! The signs are lining up – factual signs, and not just ‘conspiracy theories.’
We don’t know what is coming, as much as we know something big is coming! In any of the above scenarios, the major and immediate crisis will be a food shortage. All of our guests agreed that people will kill other people for food when there is none available. Hunger and starvation will drive them to take from others what they don’t have! This is sadly what will happen! It’s not alarmism – it’s realism!

I have a question. If we have food of any kind in our houses won’t people break in to get it? Also how can we let other people starve to death while we are eating our food?
How we defend and/or share our food stores is a very personal decision based on much prayer. Pastor Jim and Lori advise having enough food stored to share with others. Some people can manage that while others can’t. In our Fall Ready Now Expo on October 20-24, there will be many experts with suggestions on how to handle these and other questions. Be sure to tune in!
I also agree that something is going to happen. Whatever it is I just feel I have to draw closer to the Lord more than ever. I see some of these things posted on the internet and question could they be right but, I just know that I my only hope is in the Lord. I know the Lord is comming soon. Some say not for another 20 years or more. After reading “One Second After,” I wondered if I am close enough to God to draw even closer to Him if we have to see death happening, the marshall laws being imposed, leaving homes we have been accustomed to. But the main thing I think of is will God’s people still stay with Him when these or any type of tragety happens or will they be angry with God for allowing a relative to die that had rejected Him. I just feel I have to draw closer to God and not allow anything get between me and Him. I want to be able to know when God says go here or go there that I will know his voice and not question His direction. I see you everyday on TV and I sense you are troubled–I don’t know if it is about money or about what is about to happen in the world. There are people out there who are not prepared and I know your heart goes out there to them and also you need money to keep afloat. Saten would love nothing more than to distract you from keeping your eyes on the Lord. I have always loved the verse of Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. Especially to put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, because when saten tries to break us it breaks him down to know that even though we go through bad times we are still going to praise our God no matter what. Every day should be a day of expectations ,readiness should be in our heart first ,speaking of His coming always in our mouth with excitement in soon seeing our Lord face to face ,other likewise preparations can only be done as best as we can for that i thank you Pastor Jim for all you do through your ministries in aiding us in being prepared .
I totally agree with Jim and that’s the reason why I watch your show almost everyday because last year I feel something big is going to happen in America, something that the American people never experience before in there life
