“Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?” Hebrews 1:14 NKJ
As believers we can limit God’s blessing by not taking advantage of the angelic power He’s made available to us. We can neglect to put those angels to work when we don’t speak words they can act upon. In Psalm 103:20 we are told that angels hearken to the voice of His Word.
Psalm 103:20 AMP “Bless — affectionately, gratefully praise –the Lord, all you His hosts, you ministers of His who do His pleasure.”
When we confess God’s Word over a situation, we release the angels to operate on our behalf and bring those words to pass. When we speak words of unbelief that are contrary to the Bible, it binds our angels and renders them inactive.
If you want to see how important our words are to the angels, think about what the angel told Daniel in the Old Testament when he arrived to answer Daniel’s prayers. The angel said, “Thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words” (Daniel 10:12). Also, think about what Jesus said about the power of our words in Mark 11:23 — “For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say…and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” KJV
The angels are waiting on YOUR words! So, if you want them to go to work helping to fulfill the desires of your heart, don’t speak words that are the opposite of what you desire and contrary to your will. The words of your mouth must agree with what you want. Even more important, your words must agree with the Bible. Angels have been commanded by God to minister to us as long as we are speaking God’s word.
We see in Daniel 10:12-13, the angel said, “Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days…”
Angels are messengers from God sent to minister to God’s people. God’s angels are in agreement with His Word. Angels are listening for their instructions from God and His people who declare and decree God’s will revealed in the scriptures.
Once your angels are on assignment working on your behalf, keep them there by staying in faith and confessing God’s promises over your family and all your circumstances! Stay anchored in God’s Word and be expecting your breakthrough. So, when you don’t see immediate results, continue to exercise patience. You are blessed with the availability of angels sent from the throne of God — God’s Enforcing Agents!
