Terrorist Threats Made To Multiple Colleges

Revelation 6:3-4 NCV When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" Then another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given power to take away peace (prosperity, rest) from the earth and to make people kill each other (butcher, slaughter, to maim violently, in streets), and he was given a big sword (assassins sword, terrorist, loud, mighty, sore afraid).

The University of Texas was evacuated Friday morning after a man with a middle-eastern accent called the school claiming to be with Al-Qaeda and said he had planted bombs throughout the campus.

The call arrived around 8:35 a.m. with a warning the bombs would go off in 90 minutes. University officials posted a message on the campus’ emergency alert website at 9:53 a.m. telling people to “immediately evacuate ALL buildings and get as far away as possible.”

North Dakota State University received a similar threat and sent out a notice to their students and faculty at 9:49 a.m. that read “NDSU is requiring all employees and students to leave campus by 10:15 a.m. This includes residence hall students, who, if necessary, should walk to locations off campus. This also includes the downtown buildings and agricultural facilities.”

Valparaiso University in Indiana also reportedly had a threat made through a graffiti message alluding to some kind of attack during the Christian college’s chapel break period. The FBI searched the grounds and found no explosives or suspicious items.

The threats come amid violence in the middle east and northern Africa against the United States after an Egyptian Coptic Christian living in the US released a video on YouTube that some consider insulting to Islam.
