Lieutenant Colonel Tommy Waller is the President and CEO of the Center for Security Policy. He retired from the Marine Corps Reserves after more than 20 years, with experience in the infantry, reconnaissance, high stakes negotiations, counter narcotics and counterterrorism missions. Lieutenant Waller was assigned to the Air Force’s EMP Defense Task Force.
