D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier said one shooter was confirmed killed at the scene of the Navy Yard rampage and authorities are looking for two other men who may also have been involved in the attack.

Evil struck Newtown, Connecticut this morning.
A gunman killed 26 people, including 20 children, before turning the gun on himself in the second worst school shooting in United States history.
Adam Lanza, 20, shot and killed his mother at their home in Newtown before going to the school and killing all the students in his mother’s kindergarten class. In addition to the children, Lanza killed the principal and five other adults. Continue reading →
