Recently, two Muslims with Kentucky tags was spotted locally video taping numerous buildings, including churches. I received a message -connected with the U.S. military, that when a radical leaders says publically, “Last days brothers-last days,” the United States won’t know what hit them! They are targeting places around the holidays.
It is time to get security in all malls, schools and churches, and visit “Smith and Wesson” and get your conceal and carry permit. Report suspicious activity, and yes, get a security team that WILL PROFILE individuals when needed. Israel is not afraid to profile anyone at anytime, and this is why they have stopped numerous attacks.
When a knife wielding radical comes toward anyone in Israel, to stab them, they will be shot dead by police or a “packing” Israeli. Christians, get your head out of the sand and realize terror has come to America and it is only beginning. Psalm 34 should be our main focus now. What has happened to our Christianity in the last few years is
the lack of people who truly “Seek God’s Face” and do hear from god. The Lord is our source in all sorts
of trouble and He does speak to His Chosen in an audible voice. But there is a price to pay and many people no longer want to do it. How many of you are willing to turn off your tvs and cell phones and spend
quality with Our Father? Since Satan is the Prince of the Power of the Air, most all of our communications
are being used by him to subvert our society. Remember back before electricity when having no distract-
ions, people sat at the table with a candle or a kerosene lamp reading their Bible. They had a faith that
we all would be jealous of, and there churches were full and they experienced the power of God. But
look what has happened since then. With every new invention involving communication we were lured
away from our Bible reading and family devotions. Radio was such an influence. Every night there were
enticing new programs that had us gathering around the radio instead of the family altar. Things were
never the same from then on. We had been captured and enslaved by Satan even then and those who
were willing to point out the dangers of these seductive traps were taunted and shunned and ridiculed.
Church attendance dropped off on Wednesday nights and Sunday nights also because people were
staying at home to hear their favorite shows and this behavior continued through the rise of the TV.
God is a jealous God and He will not be treated as He is now without some form of retribution. He
bestows His favors on those who seek Him and these days it is a very small group. That elite group
have no fear for their futures because they KNOW from whence cometh their help. Those who say
that guns are not the answer are right. Our faith in Jesus is our defense. For those who diligently
seek His face, He will be our defender and He is all we need. He will protect and defend us.
This thread draws me like a moth to a flame. I remeber 9-11 like it was yesterday. What if a watchman on the wall had tried to warn us about that? How many lives could have been spared? In a time of war loss of life is inevitable. Being warned and thusly being prepared mitigates loss. I can’t help but see or feel that multitudes will take a shoot the messenger attitude and ridicule and totally ignore Perry Stone’s warning. So sad that usually otherwise competent adults can be so naieve and childish at the most critical times of spiritual and physical peril. Perry Stone’s warning must truly be for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. It will likely be lost on any others.

Time will tell.To those that would fault Perry Stone for attempting to warn us of a perceived credible threat and to fault those lion hearted enough to be prepared to defend themselves and others around them shame on you. GOD never told us we had to be martyrs to be virtuous enough to enter the kingdom of heaven. To be pacifist in a time of war is a personal choice, not a commandment. Attempting to convince others that there is scriptual, moral, or philosophical virtue in letting your enemies murder you and yours is an incredible insult to the defenders throughout the ages who gave us the ability to entertain such personal belief systems in 2015.” Work makes free.” Was told to millions once. That was a lie. Maybe widespread ownership and posession of arms and a watchman on the wall would have rewritten that chapter…Smith & Wesson among others would have helped.

I also think of the sign they have up in Israel, that says, “Never Again. ” Thinking of what they went through!! In the Holocost! Our laws state that murder is premeditated, and killing somebody in defense of your own life is
NOT considered murder. In NYS article 35 says it is ok to kill to save another life and yours. Did not God give us our laws to abide by?
We are 3 part beings. Spirit soul and body and just as we have doctors and the medical field to help our natural bodies we also have police and the military to help with protection and security The same GOD who said turn the other cheek also said he taught my hands to war and one day we’d turn our plow shares for a sword. He loves us and wants the best for us. I’ve meant and worked with some very nice Muslims but their book the Koran says anybody who’s not a Muslim shall convert or be killed. Also he put Peters sword back by saying that the one who ll use it will die from it. He never told us to fight with it. GOD is much more powerfull than any weapon. The one who wants to save his life will loose it. Loving your enemy and killing him at the same time doesn t make sense. It s hard to follow Jesus but there are no two meanings about that.
When the grid goes down and the grid will go down either through China Russia Iran or Korea and they come knocking at your door wanting to get in your house to take what little bit you have prepared you sit there with your children and your husband and your wife and your grandchildren and try to reason with a gun or a knife.
The 5 virgins were foolish because they did not prepare. Don’t be foolish. the Bible says prepare and watch. Use the common sense the Savior gave you…or not. My preferable way to die is a martyrs death for the cause of Christ and the kingdom of heaven but I’m not going out not letting some terrorist fear monger take me and mine because of some unbiblical principal which only appeals to the flesh not to the spirit.

Temper your response with wisdom and discernment. GOD gave us eyes to see and ears to hear and a brain to coordinate it all. I dont think this is a time to not be prepared in as many ways as you can be or personally feel comfortable with. I for one have no problem with any persecuted peoples having the means to do both spiritual and physical battle against their oppressors. And neither does our creator. He didnt in the old testament and our GOD is still GOD. Same yesterday today and tomorrow.

Unless you have vowed to never call the police when threatened and you move to a country that exists under total anarchy, without rule of law, your comments and your stated belief system are absolute hypocrisy. If you don’t like and believe in the Second Amendment and the rights given to us (including self-defense) at the founding of this country, renounce your citizenship and move somewhere more in line with your twisted belief system. It seems I have offended you, I’m sorry. That was not my intent. I was just exercising my right of Free Speech with my comment.
Calling the Police when threatened is exactly what we “should” do, as is established for us in Romans 13:1-7, in part—it says:
“The authorities that exist have been established by God…..For he is God’s servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God’s servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience.”
So, the Police Officers are God’s servants, and it is THEIR duty to keep the peace in our Communities, even with force if necessary–not ours. If we are wise—we pray for them—they have a very heavy burden right now. They protect us; calling on them is in alignment with clear Biblical Teaching. I praise God for our Police Officers; we all should.
Steven, I never said I was unhappy living in America. I never said I didn’t believe in the Second Amendment, and yes–there are MANY Legal Rights in America besides the right to bear arms: Like abortion. Like homosexual marriage. These are also Legal Rights in America.
Should Christians renounce their citizenship and move somewhere “more in line” with our beliefs, that “marriage is between a man and a woman”; and “It’s NOT a choice, it’s a CHILD”? I think not.

Wow! A Pastor recommending that Christians buy a gun and get a “carry permit”. Do we really want to stand before our Lord Jesus with the blood of an unbeliever on our hands? Has he made us—judge and jury on this side of eternity?
Do we fight with the weapons of man against evil?
Does “Smith and Wesson” sound like the armament of a true, born-again Christian?
What does Paul teach us–under the unction of the Holy Spirit?
2 Corinthians 10:3-4: “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.”
So then–how DO we wage war? What IS our “armament”?
“Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devils schemes. For our struggle is NOT against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground…stand firm then, with the belt of TRUTH buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of RIGHTEOUNESS in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of PEACE. In addition to all of this, take up the shield of FAITH, with which you can extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one. If our struggle is not against flesh and blood, and why do we need to visit “Smith and Wesson”?
Jesus has already defeated our TRUE Enemy at the cross. This will all be over at God’s appointed time. It won’t be easy for us—it wasn’t easy for Christ Jesus on the cross. Would killing someone with “Smith and Wesson” change anything? Do we really want to stand before our Lord Jesus with the blood of an “unbeliever” on our hands? Do we want to soil our wedding raiment—or encourage others to do so?
What if the Apostles had killed “Saul” for the intense persecution he was bringing on the Believers? We would not have ever read all the prolific inspired writings of the Apostle “Paul”, our Brother-in-Christ.
This war is not ours—it’s God’s war; and He will bring us to Eternal Life—one way or other—if we “stand firm” in our FAITH, in TRUTH, in PEACE, in RIGHTEOUSNESS…and pray always.
We should feel as David did when he said:
“…there is terror on every side; they conspire against me and plot to take my life. 14) But I trust in you O LORD; I say, “You are my God.” 15) My times are in your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me. 16) Let your face shine on your servant; save me in your unfailing love. Ps 31:13-16
Psalms 34:
4 “I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears….The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them….
5 The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry…the righteous cry out and the LORD hears them, he delivers them from all their troubles…”
Psalm 37:
18 The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care, and their inheritance will endure forever.
19 In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

So—when push comes to shove; do we believe what God’s Holy Word says, or don’t we?
If we don’t stand firm in our faith, we will not stand at all.
Laurie, if you have not the casll to arms on your life then don’t arm yourself. God has always had those who He did commission to be avengers. But there is the call of God for Martyers , who will be empowered by the Holy Spirit to witness by the laying down of their lives. John said in Revelation that he beheld a sea of glass and congregated thereon were a company too inumerable wearing white robes. These are the martyers, to whom God gave a song that only they could sing.
God has said though that those whom He calls to arms must not bear the sword in vain. It is an awesome responsibility to fall into the hands of the Living God. Either way, it is your responsibility to know your purpose and calling and not to judge another for theirs. It is to trust God in the process, do what Jesus said to Peter concerning John. If he lives till I come what’s it to you? You do what I have given you. If we all trusted God’s process in each of those called by Him, we would not have schisms and backbiting. But rather commit one another unto THE LORD in the bonds of love and let Him be the wonderful councillor.

So as a Police officer, I ask you,where does your conviction for non violence start and end? Tell me, how would you personally respond if these Muslims were to break into your home, rape your women and behead your children? Are you really going to tell me that you would not defend your family against these atrocities? First of all Marty, thank you for your service as a police officer. That is a very stressful job—probably more so now-than ever before in America. In your job; life and death decisions—defending the helpless, upholding the law is something you must be prepared to face everyday, I can’t imagine how that must feel—I admit that I couldn’t do the job you do. You are accustomed and trained to face your fears—and focus on doing what is required in every situation—without hesitation.
I didn’t mean to diminish that in anyway.
The truth is, almost every time I drive in my car—I pray for those who volunteer to place themselves in harm’s way; Police Officers, Fireman, the Military, even City and State workers, like road repair crews, the electricians who reconnect power lines. I pray for their safety, that our God will get them all home to their families at the end of the day. I appreciate that God has placed these people in the positions they hold, for the public good. So I thank God for them, and for you. These prayers have become a habit for me.
You can call me whatever names you want Marty—I’m not offended. You don’t know me—nor understand that my conviction as a follower of Christ Jesus comes from the grace of God. Who we are “in Christ” isn’t something we put on or take off like a uniform. It is God’s will to perform His work in us, and through us, if we let Him.
We are in a battle—not with each other Marty, but with the Enemy—and each and every one of us will be tested beyond what we can even imagine before Christ returns for us. We must plan for it, prepare for it. We will all be brought to the place that Jesus himself was brought to, when he cried; “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
If God, our Father—allowed His Only-Begotten Son to come to this place of: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”; then we too will also come to the end of ourselves as well. We will all face “death to self” before we are glorified. IF we are faithful through this dark season of final testing in body, soul and spirit, we will truly be Wise Virgins. The time to prepare ourselves….to make ourselves “ready” is now! (Matthew 25:1-13, Matthew 27:46)
We will not conquer the Enemy by physical preparedness—but by Spiritual Preparedness.
We conquer the Enemy by our FAITH in the God who redeemed us through the blood of His Son, Christ Jesus. Of ourselves—we can do nothing. But by the Power that raised Christ from the dead, God will bring us into His Kingdom—if we stay in FAITH.
This is no small thing. It is EVERYTHING!

As you have stated for the Christian the battle is the Lord’s but we’ve allowed to be elected a government that has forsaken this sentiment and chooses to fight the enemy with it’s own human power apart from God putting the enemy at our doorstep! How much protection can we expect when we Christians have allowed this country to kick Him out of or public life, legalize abortion and homosexuality among it’s other sins for which this country should be judged? Even though you believe the battle is His you still take precautions by locking your house and cars protecting internet access with passwords against intruders do you not. In the Bible wars people of God have fought, even when God intervened, still had to physically defeat the enemy! I trust the Lord I just don’t trust everyone else!

I especially agree with you that we, as professing Christians in America have allowed this Country to kick God out of our “public life”, that legalizing abortion and homosexuality ‘should’ bring God’s judgment upon us.
Perhaps, that is “exactly” what we see happening right now.
The question is, “How will we respond?” Carnally? Through “works of the flesh”? Force for force?
Or—through FAITH?
We can’t save ourselves. It’s not how we began our Christian walk, it’s not how we will finish it. Rather:
“For it is by Grace you have been saved, through FAITH—and THIS (faith) not of yourselves, IT (faith) is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one may boast.”
Faith is the gift, given to us by God–through His Grace. We can grow it, by “exercising” it.
You said: “I trust the Lord”; I praise God for that my Brother….that is exactly what it will take to get through the coming days—just ahead.
Hold on to that FAITH! And PRAY unceasingly.

I am not asking anyone to emulate King David, just to “feel as David did when he said” the beautiful, faith-filled words he said about our God–who delivers us.
David lived in a different time, under the law covenant. We live under a Covenant of Grace. Our weapons–as Paul has described–are weapons of the Spirit, which are far more powerful than that of metal. We have prayer in our arsenal, FAITH, peace, love, we have the Holy Spirit. We have Jesus! Our Lord and Savior has already won the battle–and defeated the Enemy. Even if we die–if we are faithful–we will gain eternal life! Glory to God!
Laurie – I agree with you. I choose to put my faith in Jesus Christ NOT Smith & Wesson! I prayed about this. The Word says our faith is tested. If a believer puts their faith is in guns, their faith will be tested! You can count on it!
And so will your Ruth and I pray that there is no one looking to you for protection because if that’s the case then I’ll be dead and so will you.
Can you live with that…and please don’t say “if it be His will…”

That is such an insightful comment. I believe that too.
When a Christian purchases a gun, they “open a door” in the spirit realm. We can’t sense it in the physical realm—but evil spirits can perceive that opening, and can now cause situations in that person’s life—that will tempt him into using that weapon of man.
When these situations occur—he will say, “Wow! Good thing I had a gun with me!”
But the Holy Spirit whispers: “If you were in FAITH right now, and not “works of the flesh”, I would have prevented that situation from coming near to you.”
Jesus said: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and ‘take up his cross’ and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.”
It takes two hands to carry the cross.

Your words and the scripture references that you quoted are indeed in fact the Word of God but you do not understand the full gospel and when you do everything you said you will recant but if you want to be foolish go right ahead but keep that to yourself because it is not the heart of God.
When Yeshua comes back he’s coming back with a sword on a horse and it’s going to be blood to the horses bridle. If you think he’s not a God of War then why is he called the Lord of Hosts?

Fight. This country does not belong to Obama any more than the countries of Europe belonged to Adolf Hitler when he decided to take them over and murder millions (especially God’s chosen people). It seems to me Obama is hostile towards this country, towards Israel and towards Christians. Many, including me, have real doubts about Obama’s birthplace or his legal right to be president of this country. The answer to the question you asked, to me, is a “no-brainer”. Again, if we face the situation you suggested in your post, FIGHT TO WIN!!! I don’t believe turn the other cheek would apply in this situation and generations of Christians in this country did not take this approach in dealing with tyrants and threats to our freedom. It’s time for true believers in this country to grow a spine and take this country back, if not for our own sake, for the sake of our children and future generations who would live under tyranny.

That’s historically how God judges a nation that has fallen away. He uses their enemies to destroy them. He has done it time and again to His beloved Israel, we are not so special that He will continue to protect us. Our churches are sound asleep or worse. I pray everyday for His mercy in the judgement that is coming to America. How many of you know that Glenn Beck has raised over $12,000,000 through his charity Mercury One? He is trying to rescue the Christian families in Iraq that are marked for death with the symbol of the Nazarene? He has people on the ground in Iraq, he was there this week himself trying to get the first group of families out. His people are vetting every one and working with European countries willing to take them in. Our churches here are silent about what’s happening to our brothers and sisters in Messiah. They are being crucified, beheaded, tortured to death. Their wives and daughters are sold as sex slaves. Everyone who has fallen for the twisted lie about a secret pre-trib rapture. Ask the Christians in the middle east if there is any tribulation going on! Wake up folks, God is using an ex alcoholic Mormon to save the church in Iraq because everyone else is too busy or whatever. If you don’t do anything else today, pray for Glenn Beck and his staff, that they are successful in getting those families out.

As a Canadian I am very aware that the majority of Canadians just do not get it ! We are getting set up for a major terror problem in the near future due to the dangers of false religion and a weak government that does not see the potential problem that will soon become very real.
