North Dakota Residents Told: “Get Ready for a Big One”

Editor’s Note: Prophet Rick Joyner warns that when you see strange and extreme weather (record breaking highs, lows, floods, droughts, tornadoes, storms), it is a prophetic sign that the Revelation Days are upon us.

The National Weather Service has told residents of the Fargo, North Dakota area to prepare for what could be record flooding this spring.

City and county officials are calling for government action after the NWS forecasted that the Red River will likely crest at a level that would place it among the five highest in history. The NWS reports a 50% of surpassing 38 feet making it 5th all time and a 10% chance of setting an all time record by passing 41 feet.

Fargo City Administrator Pat Zavoral said it will be the fourth major flood in five years.

The National Weather Service says that lower than average temperatures have hampered snow melt and the likely maximum melt will happen around the same time as heavy rain is normally common in the region.

“That’s a volatile mix,” said Greg Gust of the NWS.

Fargo has spent over $100 million on protections since the record breaking 2009 flood. A diversion channel to lower river levels and protect against floods has been stalled in Congress.
