Christian Groups Band Together To Protect Cadets

Mark 13:13 “You will be hated by all because of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.”

In response to the Air Force’s assault on the religious freedom of Christian cadets, a group of Christian organizations have banded together to protect the cadets.

The Restore Military Religious Freedom Coalition announced they will defend any cadet brought up on charges for exercising their religious rights.

The formation of the group comes after the Air Force bowed to the demands of the virulent anti-Christian activist group Military Religious Freedom Foundation and their extremist leader, Mikey Weinstein.  The group demanded the whiteboard of a cadet be scrubbed of a Bible verse he had displayed outside his dorm room.

Friends of the cadet who had the verse (Galatians 2:20) removed from his whiteboard say it had been posted for months and the cadet saw the verse as inspiration.

The anti-Chrsitian group was not satisfied with the removal of the verse and is demanding that disciplinary action be taken against the student for exercising his religious freedom.

The Air Force is claiming the cadet remove the verse on his own, however other cadets who spoke to Fox News said that was a pure lie.  The Air Force also said after removing the verse that cadets may only place things that are respectful on their whiteboards, thereby saying the Bible is not respectful.

  1. Well, maybe someone needs to explain to our government that we have freedom of speech in this country. If some foolish person wants to declare in front of God and everyone ” so help me in the name of Mary Poppins” than they should! And if a christian wants to express his or her love, appreciation and is inspired by God`s Holy Scripture it is no else’s ones business. And when we get to heaven scripture will be required but then we who love the word so much it will not be a hardship. Thank God for Jesus and The Holy Scripture! The word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us!

  2. This is a Christian nation, despite the lies of the anti-Christian zealots who have control over American media. If all Christians would grow a backbone, stand up, take to the streets and take ownership of this nation(that was founded by Christians for Christians, with tolerance for others), the Christ haters wouldn’t be able to ride their backs.

  3. Religious freedom means just that. Is a cadet allowed to say “so help me Satan, or Buddha, or Shiva, etc.” in their oath? Then, why should they be required to say “so help me God”? That is not religious freedom, that is religious requirement. I am a Christian. I see the danger of religious requirements in our nation, because if we include so-called religious freedom in any area, outside of church and individual privacy, we open the doors to all kinds of false religions. Keep religious freedom a real freedom–don’t require religion of any kind in any place.
