2 Timothy 3:1-8 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these. For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, rejected in regard to the faith.
British Prime Minister David Cameron released a plan Monday to limit access to internet pornography.
“I feel profoundly as a politician, and as a father, that the time for action has come,” Cameron said.
The plan requires every internet user in Britain to state they want to have access to online pornography, forms a joint British and American task force to target obscene websites and require search engines to create a “black list” of depraved and illegal terms to find websites.
The program will also institute policies to keep children from finding pornography in public places. Six of the largest internet providers in the UK have already agreed to block pornography where children could see it like train stations and internet cafes.
“[The Internet] has an impact: on the children who view things that harm them, on the vile images of abuse that pollute minds and cause crime, on the very values that underpin our society,” Cameron said in his speech.
About time a leader with a backbone! I’m tired of these elected officials who lets a few people dictate their thinking because they want the vote of every one they let the wishes of the majority voters (Christians moral minded people) go in one ear out the other because we want stand up to them we need to get involved we must start marking God’s voice heard through our actions and take this country back to and for God.
