Morningside Route Detours
The Ozark Mountains are absolutely beautiful to drive but when there are repairs to be made on our roads or bridges there can and will be some inconveniences. Unfortunately beginning June 3rd, 2019, Long Creek Bridge located on Hwy 86, the most direct route to Morningside, will be closed up to 30 days for much-needed repairs. This means detours will be in place using Route 21 (Green Rte), Route 76 (Purple Rte), Route 465 (Yellow Rte) and Route 412 (Orange Rte). See our map and direction links on this page to find the most convenient way for you to get to Morningside during this time. We are so sorry for the inconvenience but feel very blessed that the bridge will be getting the badly needed repairs for the safety of all!
