Dr. Paul Collins, founder of Acts Ministry in Springfield, Missouri, has been a pastor, evangelist, Christian Counselor, editor of a Christian magazine, radio speaker and talk show host.  He has had experience in business; served on two school boards (Brookfield, Mo and Macon, MO), was the first president of the Northeast Region of the Missouri School Boards Association, and was active in the mental health field. Dr. Collins served as the executive director of The Special Committee on Labor Relations for the state of Missouri to facilitate research in the issue of collective bargaining for public employees. As an evangelist, he ministers as led by the Holy Spirit.
