Dr. Cecil Todd has been a minister of the gospel since 1949. His Christian ministry has always specialized in soul-winning, and “fire-setting” new congregations of non-denominational believers with area-wide crusades, a television program, church revivals and giant rallies! He has witnessed over THREE MILLION SOULS coming to Christ!

Some special guests who were featured on the Revival Fires programs included Ronald Reagan, Art Linkletter, Col. Ollie North, Dale Evans, Anita Bryant, James Irwin, Pat Boone, The Blackwood Brothers, and many others.

In October of 2015, Dr. Todd  was diagnosed with Stage #4 Cancer. When the 84 year old  was first diagnosed with this “killer cancer”, he began recruiting prayer-warriors to intercede on his behalf. He also started taking chemo treatments in October, at the Hulston Cancer Center in Springfield, Missouri. Todd’s cancer doctor told him he had a ‘belly-full’ of cancer. It was in his lymph nodes, lungs, glands and his head.  With prayer warriors by his side, he was proclaimed cancer free in January 2016.  He now leads events called He Touched Me – rallies with the purpose to bring hope and encouragement to people who have cancer or who are facing difficult decisions regarding their health or other challenges.
