Car Bombs In Iraq Kill 41

Revelation 6:3-4 NCV When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" Then another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given power to take away peace (prosperity, rest) from the earth and to make people kill each other (butcher, slaughter, to maim violently, in streets), and he was given a big sword (assassins sword, terrorist, loud, mighty, sore afraid).

A series of terror attacks around Baghdad, Iraq has killed at least 41 people and left over 100 wounded.

Six car bombs targeted markets and shopping areas in different locations across the city. The deadliest explosion killed 10 in a northwestern part of Baghdad.

More than 4,000 people have been killed in similar attacks this year. Almost 10,000 have been wounded this year with the Baghdad area being the worst hit area. The death toll is on pace to be the worst since 2008.

Most of those killed and wounded were shopping for their meal to end the day of fasting attached to the holy month of Ramadan.

Residents have begun to blame the government for not taking steps to quell the violence and to better protect citizens.

“Government officials have only fortified the places where they and their families live. They forget about the ordinary people who are being killed all the time,” pharmacy owner Isam Mohammed told the BBC.
