Kenyan Church Attacks Kill 15

John 16:2  Indeed, the hour is coming when whoever kills you will think he is offering service to God.

“We have so devalued human life in our society that for many people it is a small thing to kill another person.”

-Jim Bakker in “Prosperity and the Coming Apocalypse”

Gunmen attacked the African Inland Church in Garissa, Kenya over the weekend killing 15 and wounding 40.

Security officials say that gunmen overpowered two police officers who were guarding the building, then took the officer’s rifles inside and began firing. When the congregants fled out the front doors of the church other gunmen were waiting in ambush. At least one grenade was also thrown at the church during the attack.

A second attack on a different church in Garissa using grenades wounded three.

Police were guarding the church because Islamist militants have made Christian churches a common target.

Police commander Philip Ndolo told reporters that he wanted to carry out a full investigation before placing blame but suggested the attacks were masterminded by al-Shabab. Al-Shabab is an al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist organization that has been called the most dangerous on the African continent by US intelligence officials.

  1. I just want to echo the comments of Joan Frankhauser: we are so grateful for your alarm in the current spaces; like Noah, like the prophets of old, people who listen have a chance to pull others from the first and at the same time, give away what is encumberance in their lives and live smaller to live freer. Love you for 30 + years!

  2. I am the grandmother of Joshua Frankhauser, one of the new students at Master Media school.

Thank you so much for the scholarship to allow Josh to be at your school. I know the Lord has called him there, and we could not have sent him without the scholarship.

GOD BLESS THE MINISTRY YOU AND LORI HAVE. YOU ARE HELPING SO MANY PEOPLE. WE ARE PREPARING AS WE ARE FINANCIALLY ABLE TO DO SO.

We love you both, and will be eternally grateful.
